Your calls are forwarded to a dedicated, preconfigured VOIP line provided by RingCentral & managed by SalesJet.

Each inbound call lead will be greeted with a professionally recorded message that answers the callers FAQ's in the message. They will have the option to leave a message. You will be notified via email of the caller's message and have the option to play it at that time.

When the call is disconnected, either by hanging up during the greeting or after leaving a message the caller will receive a text message with a link to book an appointment.

The booking link sent to the customer is integrated with your booking calendar. Thereby only booking times that are available to you.

As part of the booking process you have the option to take a payment.

After booking is placed and the optional payment is collected, calendars are reflected and accessible from your desktop or smartphone.

Upon completing the booking, the customer will receive a text message to confirm the appointment is added to the system.

At this point the customer and business will receive emails that include the notification that an appointment has been made. Both the customer and business owner will have a link to reschedule or cancel the booking.

The day of the booking the customer will receive text messages to remind them of the booking plus any relative information about the booking. The business owner will also receive a text reminder.
